	CPT Boring for lithologic logging	$210.00/group of borings
	Initial Monitoring Well	$250.40/well
	Subsequent Monitoring Well	$250.40/well
	Groundwater Sample	$250.40/group of wells
	Vapor Extraction Well	no fees
	Well Abandonment	no fees	Requires permit with 24 hrs notice
Backfilling Requirements for Borings	Bentonite or Cement/Bentonite 24 hrs notice required
Backfilling Requirements for Monitoring Wells	Bentonite or Cement/Bentonite 24 hrs notice required
Inspection Fees	yes - prior to sealing
Permit Application Information	Workplan required. Note: New well ordinance effective 7-25-96. May require 30-day notification to Water Districts if monitoring wells are in their service area. Revised permit applications pending final review.
