| Permit Application Information | Initial Assessment Fee $ 240.00 per parcel per proposal. Initial proposal shall describe all soil borings, monitoring wells, groundwater sampling (within reason) to be done on a given parcel. Fee covers up to three (3) hours of Environmental Health time for project review and inspections. Additional time will be charged at $ 80.00 per hour. |
