	Boring Non UST Site/Geotech	$258.00 + $129.00 per additional parcel
	CPT Boring for lithologic logging	same as above
	Initial Monitoring Well	$258.00 per well
	Subsequent Monitoring Well	$258.00 per well
	Vapor Extraction Well	$258.00 per well	Depending on depth of well
	Well Abandonment	$129.00
Backfilling Requirements for Borings	Cement - all borings must be grouted. Must be tremie grouted if groundwater is present or location is over 30 ft in depth.
Backfilling Requirements for Monitoring Wells	Cement
