Permit Fees $200.00 per site, up to 10, over that $25.00 each.	Boring	$200.00 per site, up to 10. Over that $25.00ea.	Includes three (3) hours for inspection time
	CPT Boring for lithologic logging	$200.00 per site	$25.00 over 10
	Initial Monitoring Well	$200.00 per site	Includes three (3) hours for inspection time
	Subsequent Monitoring Well	$200.00 per site	Includes three (3) hours for inspection time
	Groundwater Sample
	Vapor Extraction Well	Depends on site	$200.00 per site
	Well Abandonment	no fee	a) $200.00 per site up to10' b) $25.00 each after 10'
Backfilling Requirements for Borings	Bentonite or Cement/Bentonite or state standards
Backfilling Requirements for Monitoring Wells	Bentonite or Cement/Bentonite or state standards
Inspection Fees	yes - inspection required
Permit Application Information	Permits are required for Caltrans RofW, any City Rof W prior to issuance of permit by Planning & Building Dept.
