Permit Fees	Boring	$190.00	Up to 6 boring per permit - No fee if no groundwater encounterd.
	CPT Boring for lithologic logging	no fees
	Initial Monitoring Well	$190.00	6 wells per permit
	Subsequent Monitoring Well	$190.00	per well
	Groundwater Sample	no fees
	Vapor Extraction Well	no fees
	Well Abandonment (permit required)	no fees	All abandoned wells must be destroyed
