	CPT Boring for lithologic logging	no fee
	Initial Monitoring Well	$ 358.05 per well
	Subsequent Monitoring Well	$ 104.00 per well
	Groundwater Sample	$ 104.00 per boring/well
	Vapor Extraction Well	$ 104.00 per well	Permanent, cased well
	Well Abandonment	$ 104.00 per well
Backfilling Requirements for Borings	Bentonite or cement/bentonite
Backfilling Requirements for Monitoring Wells	Bentonite or cement/bentonite
Inspection Fees	yes - inspection required. Please provide 2 hours notice.
Permit Application Information	One permit application required per parcel.
