Backfilling Requirements for Borings	Cement with up to 6% bentonite or see ordinance SCC ch.6.28. Must be tremied (hollow stem auger o.k.) if interval to be sealed is wet or deeper than 30 ft. Five to 6 gallons of water per sack of Portland.
Backfilling Requirements for Monitoring Wells	Cement with up to 6% bentonite or see ordinance SCC ch.6.28. Up to 6% (+/-) bentonite by weight; concrete with prior approval.
Inspection Fees	yes - inspection required. Please provide notice 48 hours in advance for available appointment.
Permit Application Information	An additional $127.00 per hour will be billed if time allotted in permit is exceeded.
