Permit Information

Permit Fees	Boring	$ 256.00 per boring	If groundwater is encountered.
	CPT Boring for lithologic logging	$ 256.00 per boring	If groundwater is encountered.
	Initial Monitoring Well	$ 256.00 per well	Two inspections included: drilling and final.
	Subsequent Monitoring Well	$ 256.00 per well	Two inspections included: drilling and final.
	Groundwater Sample	$ 256.00 per well
	Vapor Extraction Well	$ 256.00 per well
	Well Abandonment	$ 256.00 per well	Please provide 48 hrs advance notice
Backfilling Requirements for Borings	Bentonite (with concrete cap) or Cement/Bentonite
Backfilling Requirements for Monitoring Wells	Bentonite or Cement/Bentonite Backfill shall be decided on a case-by-case basis.
Inspection Fees	yes - inspection required. Please provide 48 hrs notice.
