Permit Fees Note: Sites under the local oversight program (under the UST cleanup program) are exempt from fees; however, a permit is still required.	Boring	$ 241.00	per project site, 5 borings max
	CPT Boring for lithologic logging	$ 241.00
	Initial Monitoring Well	$ 441.00	For first two wells.
	Subsequent Monitoring Well	$ 148.00	Same site and inspection at same time.
	Groundwater Sample	no fee
	Vapor Extraction Well	no fee
	Well Destruction	$ 441.00	For first well
	Well Destruction	$ 148.00	Additional wells at same site.
Backfilling Requirements for Borings	Refer to California Well Standards Bulletin for regulations.
Backfilling Requirements for Monitoring Wells	Site dependent.
Inspection Fees	yes - please allow 24 hrs notice.
