Permit Fees	Boring	$ 292.00	For as many borings at a site that can be grouted up in a 4-hr period - all in a single application.
	CPT Boring for lithologic logging	$ 292.00	Same as above
	Initial Monitoring Well	$ 365.00
	Subsequent Monitoring Well	$ 365.00 per well
	Groundwater Sample	N/A
	Vapor Extraction Well	$ 365.00
	Well Abandonment	$ 292.00	Drill out entire original borehole and pump grout via tremie from bottom up.
Backfilling Requirements for Borings	Pump grout via tremie from bottom up.
Backfilling Requirements for Monitoring Wells	Same as above. Also, see Well Abandonment.
