required for all monitoring well installations, destruction and for borings greater than 50 feet or any depth if you encounter groundwater
Boring $ 320.00 first 4 borings
$ 40.00 each additional
 
CPT Boring for lithologic logging $ 320.00 first 4 borings
$ 40.00 each additional
 
Initial Monitoring Well $ 320.00 first 4 wells  
Subsequent Monitoring Well $ 40.00 each additional  
Groundwater Sample no fee  
Vapor Extraction Well $ 320.00 first 4 borings
