	Two Borings	$ 392.00 (plus $109.00 per/hr over 1 hour)
	Three Borings	$ 577.00 (plus $109.00 per/hr over 1 hour)
	Three Borings	$ 762.00 (plus $109.00 per/hr over 1 hour)
	CPT Boring for lithologic logging	no fee
	Initial Monitoring Well	$ 349.00/well (includes 1 hour field/travel time)
	Subsequent Monitoring Well	$ 316.00/well (additional time $109.00 per/hr)
	Groundwater Sample	no fee
	Vapor Extraction Well	$ 206.00/well $ 40.00 each additional
	Well Abandonment	$ 123.00/well
Backfilling Requirements for Borings	Cement/bentonite Tremie grout if deeper than 20 feet or groundwater is encountered.
Backfilling Requirements for Monitoring Wells	Cement/bentonite Three feet of hydrated bentonite plug
