NEW SAFETY INITIATIVE

Quite often during the course of the day, we tend to loose our focus on the tasks we are performing. We think about the big game, a pending vacation, home projects, our loved ones, etc. This lack of focus can be a major contributor to unsafe behavior resulting in accidents or injuries. This problem is particularly acute in the afternoon toward the end of the work day.

Gregg Drilling & Testing will implement a new program designed to address this loss of focus and enhance the safety of all projects in which we are involved. Each day between 12:30 and 1:00, our crews will turn off all equipment for 5 to 10 minutes and conduct a team meeting to outline the remaining tasks for the day. The involved risks and what can be done to eliminate those risks will be discussed and addressed. We are confident that this brief period to re-focus on safe practices will have positive results in the overall safety of the site. We encourage the participation of all personnel on site, not just our employees. Please join us in this effort.
