At Gregg Drilling & Testing we have always felt a responsibility to offer our support to organizations attempting to make positive changes in the world in which we live. Over the years we have become involved with a number of innovative organizations striving to improve the quality of human life and/or the environment. Shown below are brief descriptions of several organizations we have had the opportunity to work with.  


PROVIDING CLEAN DRINKING WATER

Play Pumps

The PlayPump systems are innovative, sustainable, patented water pumps powered by children at play.  Installed near schools, the PlayPump system doubles as a water pump and a merry-go-round for children. To date, PlayPumps International has successfully installed nearly 900 PlayPump systems in South Africa, Mozambique, Swaziland and Zambia which has benefited approximately two million people. OFF-SETTING CLIMATE CHANGE

Go Zero

Gregg Drilling & Testing has partnered with The Conservation Fund's Go Zero program to address climate change. The Conservation Fund's Go Zero program has helped Gregg Drilling and Testing offset our climate change footprint. Under this program, thousands of trees will be planted on behalf of Gregg Drilling & Testing, its employees, partners and customers - a lasting legacy for current and future generations.

REMOVING LANDMINES

Halo Trust Logo

The HALO Trust is a non-political, non-religious charitable organization registered in Britain and the United States. HALO specializes in the removal of the debris of war. HALO has 7,000 mineclearers in 10 countries, with on-going surveys into new regions. FULFILLING WISHES

Give Kids the World Logo

Give Kids The World is a non-profit organization that exists only to fulfill the wishes of all children with life-threatening illnesses.  The children and their families are given the opportunity to experience a memorable, joyful, cost-free visit to the Central Florida attractions, and to enjoy the magic of Give Kids The World Village for as long as there is a need.  Gregg sponsors "Kevin's Coffee Corner" located in the village. As a student chapter of the non-profit humanitarian organization Engineers Without Borders-USA, EWB Cal Poly is committed to partnering with disadvantaged communities to improve their quality of life through implementation of environmentally and economically sustainable engineering projects.
